An Election is Coming

In my beautiful country of Canada, the buzz is around, about an election being called  soon. My question is, ” What the heck for? “

I really, do not beleive that I am the only Canadian that wonders the same thing. The buzz around our town seems to be, how can any level thinking person call for such a big budget election, when there are so very many people struggling every day to feed their families, and so many people out of work.

 “ WHAT IS UP WITH OUR GOVERNMENT? ”  Do  they not see the plight of Canadians, or does the money they make sitting in parliament, arguing over points that do not  reflect the voice of all Canadians,  do their egos cloud their vision?

  I never gave any kind of hint to anyone I know that an election would be a good move. Who made that choice for all of us?  I may vote each time, but it was not for the party that is trying to call this election.  I would just as soon vote for  my cats, or dogs then the party that is trying to bring an election into reality. I would trust my pets more than this party.  Those who are supposed to represent us, act like young kindergarden children. Have you ever sat and watched the display put on at a parliamenty sitting?  It is totally childish, they all would do good with a time out, and no pay that day, that may rock thier wallets a little.  It’s like, “If you don’t play my way, I’m taking my toys and going home.”  All I can say to this kind of behaviour is, “ Grow Up. ” Act like adults as you are supposed to be, and do the job you  were elected to do.  There is “NO NEED”, for an election this year, or next. Help Canadians get their jobs back, and take care of the things that matter, “Your Country”, and stop your childish antics, be adults. There are more important things to deal with than your hurt feelings.

I have very little patience for the government, some of us Canadians elected.  All the time they campaign, they lie to get your vote.  Then once in the cushy job on the hill, they don’t recall any promises they gave to Canadaians. I shake my head each time I see advertisings for election crap. And, I say crap, because that is how I see this blatent disregaurd for Canadians, and their welfare.

We as Canadians,  will go on, forging ahead with what we can do to live and maybe collect our pensions at retirement, if it is there at that time.  Our party representatives will go on to collect thier pensions, and live the good life.

“What ever happened to equality?”  Did it get lost along the way through history? 

“What will we do as Canadians, to change this government, and our futures, for the better of us all?”
