Seasons Change

Today is a beautiful day, the air is crisp, and the sun is shining.
The day is so beautiful that even this lady bug was more than happy to be out in the sun.
It has been awhile since I have seen a lady bug. I was very happy to see it, this year had been so damp, and unpredictable weather wise. So, lady bugs were almost not heard of, nor seen ,that’s why I was so suprised to see one.
If you open your front door you can see various neighbours raking the leaves that have fallen from the trees, preparing their outdoor living spaces for the upcoming winter.
I find myself sad to see the winter coming, and the seasons changing. I was just getting used to the crisp, cool, mornings, with the frost lightly covering the car windows, and the tips of the grass glistening in the morning sun light. And now, the cold weather will be upon us before we want it. People are flocking to the tire stores to replace their summer tires with snow tires. ” Yes I said it, SNOW.” Cold, wet, bone chilling snow. I will never be ready for that one.
But, here in Canada the snow is going to come want it or not. Now, hockey time is something I do not have a problem with, a sport you can go and play or just sit and watch from a warm cosy chair. I do like the play offs, and am still cheering for the Maple Leafs. Someday soon their time will come, and they will win the Stanley Cup. I know, alot of you who read this may think me alittle crazy. But, a Leaf fan I am, tossed with alot of Crazy.
So, as we move from fall to winter, I am hoping for spring to come soon. Yes!!!
“Do you have a favorite season you are waiting for?”

I had the same experience last saturday. Saw a dark spot on the ceiling, took a closer look and it was a ladybug. So nice.
My fav season is spring.
During autumn I have to remind myself that the colours are lovely and all sorts of good things are going on under the leaves.
It feels so sad to see the trees go bare and everything so cold. Brrr…
