     “Ducks to you.”

The beauty of our world, can give us many things.         The chance to see  those smaller than me and you.ducks          Upon the water they float along, as if to be on air.          They dunk their heads to feed you see,   and come back up eventually.                Their feathers dry,  tell me why?        The water rolls away.            Their beauty and their grace leave us stareing by the hour.         Our crumbs they take,  and give to their mates.

Their babies close, that’s the most fun of all.          The little quarkers all in row, behind their mommy all in tow.    Around the bend, then back again, a trip they take with mom.        A bunch of bugs for lunch, then off they go again.       To see their world, a Ducky world, of water, and sand.      I wonder where this all began?           So, cute they are the little ones, we have to stay the day.      And feed the duckies by the bay.

Not a ducky, but a swan, so beautiful in the dawn.       Their canter can be heard, and their beauty, inspires me.         To see between the reeds, and swan for me to see.          I snap the shot of beauty there, and pass this on to you.           Enjoy the veiw of what I see, the beauty in front of me.

Look beyond the front door, way out to the blue, and you will be able to see the duckies too..

“Have you gone to feed the ducks today?”        :-)

Nice photos, cute ducks, thanks for sharing. I need to go with my son to feed the ducks again soon.

Absolutely fantastic shots. I love watching ducks. They are so peaceful. When I was very young my parents would take us to go feed the ducks on Sundays and I have very fond memories of those outing so these photos bring back beautiful memories. Thank you.

I remember a few years ago there were some neighbors who said no one could feed the ducks by their house. There was a big neighborhood “war” about duck feeding, and I would see people doing “drive by feedings…” literally racing up, throwing bread out the window and speeding off… your beautiful pictures reminded me of that :)
