My Mind unravelling |

“Home made pie.”
I have always had a thing for baking, and I love to share my treats with others. I know a picture of a treat is not the same as actually getting to taste the flaky crust, the pieces of apple that swim in a delicious syrup, and the tantalizing burst of spices, that tickle the taste buds. “AH” Apple pie!!
Holidays give me the oppertunity to bake my day away. I grew up in a large family, and have found, that to bake just one pie is not acceptable. I bake 2>3 of one kind, and the other kind too. And if there are left-overs, I just take them to work and share with my co-workers. They all seem to enjoy the treats I have brought into work from time to time. I have baked several treats to take to work, but my pies seem to be a winner.
I recently baked a cheesecake that was a very big hit with everyone who sampled this tasty dessert.
This is a treat that can be done with any fruit swirl, caramel, and even chocolate, and it is the real cheesecake treat.
These couple treats may take awhile to prepare, but the smiles on the faces of the people eating th. “Is well worth the time spent.”
”So, happy baking, and share your goods with others.”
” Have you been baking today?”
