:-)Love of the furry kind.:-)

Throughout my life, I have always had a soft spot for the smaller creatures on this planet.
I cannot recall a time in my life when we did not have a pet, or know someone with a pet. Presently we have several pets, cats, and dogs, and if it were left up to me, I know we would have many more.
Our newest addition is a sweet little pug cross.
She is very young, and has boundless energy. She keeps all the older animals on their toes. We have another pug cross and they are like a tornado in motion when they play.
We sit and laugh as the two of them run from kitchen to dinning room, then to livingroom, skidding around the corners as they pass by. The hardwood floors make it hard for them to get traction, something their little paws need to gain speed . I find it best to stay out of their way as the chance of being run over is inevitable. We find such joy in their play, as they chase till worn out, then the silence of a nap fills the air. It is safe to walk without the chance of being run over. The play can be rough, with one on the ground in submission, and the other as the dominator. The light sounds of low growls, and the flurry of paws kicking, and resisting the attack. “All in fun of course.”
Like little children, they find a special place in your heart, and build a bond that over time becomes endless. The trust, and loyality they exhibit would be something I would like to see the human race take note of. For many of us could use a strong dose of their traits. They never deliberatly hurt us, talk back to us, hit us, do mean spirited things to us, and are there when we need a friend to talk to and hold.
In my opinion animals of the four legged kind are my, “best friends” by far. Their playful antics, can entertain us for hours, and their love, and loyality are there for the course of a life time. Our memories of them are fond, and embedded in our minds for an eternity. Those of us who are pet owners will attest to the joy our furry friends bring us each day.
We find ourselves angry with those that hurt the helpless, and treat them unkind. We do the best to help the less fortunate in the furry world, but there are always the few that find the saticfation of hurting them. Our laws have been changing, and the penalty for those who mistreat the helpless, are becoming harsher. But there is still a long ways to go. In my opnion those that hurt our furry friends likely hurt their human counter- parts as well. ” So Sad for Them.”:-( They are void of the ability to experience the true sensation of true love and loyalty that exists in the world of happiness. My heart saddens for the animals, and humans they abuse.:-(
” Have you hugged your furry freind today?”
” Go ahead, feel the love, and loyalty. “
